Ordering is easy!

  • Chose the products.
  • Simply click the Add to Cart hypertext and the item will be put in your shopping cart. 
  • When you are ready to check out just click on the View Shopping Cart  /  Checkout hypertext and follow the instructions.

We have formed a relationship with CCNOW which allows us to accept credit cards securely over the Internet.  This wholesale relationship allows us to avoid charging sales tax to any Internet customers.  After you decide to purchase a product, you will be routed to the CCNOW site for SSL encrypted transmission of your credit card and shipping information.

Call CCNow's toll free customer-service number (1-877-CCNOW-77). They are always happy to help with any billing questions that may arise.

Due to the custom nature of these writing instruments, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Let us know if you need your order sooner, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.   Orders will be shipped via Air Mail.

Your credit card will be billed as CCNOW.

Customs and duty

 Goods for delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Returns Policy:

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. You can return any purchase in unworn and good condition for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and obtain a prompt exchange or refund on your merchandise. Delivery and handling charges on returns are NOT refundable, but we will send all exchange items freight free. Please include your CCNow order number for easy reference.

Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Refunds:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Cancellation of Orders

If the cancellation is not due to our error, we would have to bill $10.00 for handling the refund. 

Shipping Information:

Shipping is FREE!

We ship all products via Malaysia Postal Service whenever possible (registered mail). Express Deliveries are available at an additional cost upon request. 

Delivery:

Except during busy holiday and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within two working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, but executed within a few days, we will hold the order until the item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of stock items, please let us know.
